Q: What is the total estimated project costs of the three studies – Upper Malletts, Stormwater Model Calibration and the Sanitary Sewer Wet Weather project?

A. Upper Malletts Drainage Study - $215,000
Stormwater Hydraulic Model Calibration & Analysis Project - $900,000
Sanitary Sewer Wet Weather Evaluation Project - $1,250,000

Per the above response, the SSWWE project is costing the taxpayers of Ann Arbor:
 $1, 250,00.  
At the 9Jan meeting C. Fleetham "thanked" the city for expanding the scope of the project to include the survey to the FDD homes.
At the 6Feb public meeting we learned that an OHM employee will be conducting follow ups with the numerous FDD caused flooded homes.

1. Please post the intial RFP from the City regarding the Survey scope of work.  Did not the initial RFP for this work INCLUDE the request BY the city to do the survey?
2. Was the increased scope of work for the survey efforts (as C. Fleetham mentioned), a change order to the OHM contract. How much  funding was added to the contract?
3. Is the new OHM-Greg costs for inspecting the numerous failed FDD locations an additional change order to the contract?
4. What is the current contract value between OHM and the city.  What was the initial contract value?

How does knowing the cost and any cost increases to OHM's contract with the city going to help us with the task assigned to the CAC?

Short answer, it is not. It is outside of the scope of our task. The question is closer to a legal question than one that will get us closer to solving this task.
