Q.1.21 Will you take data from
other studies?
A. Yes. In this study we will use flow metering data from past studies -
including the flow data collected in 2000 and 2007 - to evaluate the
effectiveness of the FDD program.
We will also
coordinate with the other studies the City is performing to make sure that we
are pooling and using all the relevant information. For an organization chart
