Task Force, which ultimately recommended the Footing Drain Disconnection

As part of this project, we will be evaluating alternatives for
addressing the risk of future basement backups from wet weather flows, and that
alternative evaluation will consider options within all three fundamental
alternatives, including a) source removal, b) transport and treat, and c)
storage. Information about approaches other communities have put in place were
researched, compiled and distributed to the CAC at the Dec 12 meeting.
