Q. How many times has a previously dry basement had stormwater flooding from the sump or along the seam of the wall and floor, after a FDD?

A.The December 2013 survey asks property owners about flooding, seepage and dampness in basements after a footing drain disconnection. This information will be reported when survey results are received and tabulated.
