Q. 3.8 In Scio Township, does the new Menards store or any future project have to pay the MITIGATION fees similar to Mitigation fees for new projects in the City of Ann Arbor? (Burdick 84; 12/30/13)

There are no mitigation fees. Scio Township developments that contribute flow directly to the City’s sewer system are required to perform offset mitigation, unless the Township has purchased or constructed capacity in the City’s sanitary system.
