Lori,
If I add something to the Calendar in Basecamp, does it show up on EVERYONES calendar?

Yes, events or activities that you add to the Basecamp calendar are visible to everyone who has access to Basecamp. I can see  the Upper Malletts final presentation meeting on January 29. 

Activities entered on the calendar can only be edited or deleted by the person who created them
