Q. The Upper Mallet CAC has announced a Public Meeting for January 22, 2014.
The SSWWE CAC has schedule a Public Meeting for January 16, 2014. It is assumed
that participation at both meetings will be negatively impacted due to the
close date proximity of both meetings. Is it intention of the City to maximize
citizen participation and involvement for both of these meetings? What measures
will be taken to accomplish this?
A. While the City's Tree Town Log and the Ann Arbor Chronicle do
show a Malletts Creek Coordinating Committee meeting on January 8, 2014,
there's no indication on either of these sources or on the Upper Malletts
project website of a Public Meeting scheduled for January 22, 2014. [UPDATE: The SSWWEP Public Meeting has been rescheduled to February 6th.]
