Upon review of the Questions Log, many of the responses being inserted by Lori B. do not provide us with a "source" or date of the received response.  Most of the questions require a response FROM the City or FROM the Consultants.  It is critical that all Responses include this "source and date," especially if this work of this CAC is to become part of our Record and posted on the City website.  The current process does not provide a credible response.

In addition many of the responses do not fully answer the question or they place the question in a "pending status."  Ie:  "......survey results will provide more info...." etc.

I suggest that the CAC team should provide time to review the Q-Log during the meeting or (in some other forum) to agree to the "closed-open-pending" status of these questions.  This is how a LOG is typically used and that is why it was initiated in a spreadsheet format.  (See the attached sample track log)
