Regarding the DOM and FDDS, C. Fleetham indicated on 10FEB that he will be collating all DOM related questions and providing a video recording of the responses to our question as presented by the City representatives.
Please include the following question with all others currently in the "inventory" of other DOM related questions.
We need a simple inventory by the City of all FDDs in single family homes. They should label each home as "FDDP" and "DOM" since these are supposed to be two separate programs.
We then need a simple list of all of the construction these FDDs went into, and a matching of addresses of FDDs with the buildings they went into. The City and CDMI should have all the data needed for this because FDD Credits, should be numbered. Each FDD is identified with a completed building permit for a specific FDD at a specific address.
With this data the CAC will be able to see exactly how many disconnects were mandatory v/s voluntary
In addition, it will shed the proper light on the mitigation numbers by building/ development.
For example, if 413 East needs 57 fdds, and two of them are from locations where the sump pump never runs, then it will indicate that that development project is about 5% short on the amount of mitigation ( in gallons per minute the flow) that 57 FDDs is supposed to represent. That would equal 228 gallons per minute peak flow. This would be useful data for the CAC to have on the specific question of 'effectiveness.'

Thank you to those who prepared this DOM FAQ document. Good information.
Regarding question #14:
Are the 620 FDD’s that were required by the MDEQ Admin Consent Order
included here?
If so, in which category?
Regarding question #18:
Who approved the U-M stadium expansion transaction described in this
question? Did A2 city council approve U-M’s payment of $10,000 per FDD?
If so, when?
Regarding question #19:
In the event that a DOM is necessary for a township development, and given
that the townships are outside the A2 city limits, within what area would
80% of the DOM’s have to be performed?
Could someone give an example of a township development from the recent
past that required a DOM? Where were the FDD’s done?
