In an effort to respond to requests to speed up the CAC meeting summary delivery, I am posting a draft version. Let me know if you have any changes.

gee, look who is first with some comments...
1. during the meeting and in multlple posts on bcamp i have requested that time is spent in the cac meeting reviewing the questions log to have the group decide on the relevency of the questions and the completeness of the responses. i did not see that in this draft summary.
2. during the meeting, c. fleetham said that he would support a minority opinion. what does that mean? when this was mentioned before in an early cac mtg, it was stated with a huge condition that a minority opinion would only be presented if supported by facts and data..
3. c. fleetham "threw out" some suggested drafts of some forms of recommendations that we could ultimately adopt and tweek. I think it is time for c. fleetham or the cac to author both a minority and a "majority" draft opinion for us all to begin to consider.
4. i only scanned this once and I may have missed it, but the most critical thing that came out of that meeting was the request to have the city come to the meeting and give us a handle on the budget for any proposed solutions. can we afford a cadillac or a corvair? this budget request must be included in the summary report.

In the portion of the Draft on Storage, these are notes I took that I don't see here:
1. Tanks need to be maintained and sometimes this can be problematic.
2. Tanks have a "stink" factor; gases need to be treated before emitting.
3. Linear storage can go under a road.
In the portion of the Draft on Transport and Treat, one of the options was "Outlet to a new plant".
