March 20 CAC Meeting Summary - Draft

Please find attached a draft summary for last week's CAC meeting.  Please let me know if you have any corrections/changes.

It should be noted that 2 Ann Arbor police officers were in attendance at the meeting.

I have an additional comment. I don't see any mention here of all the data Robert presented regarding the following conclusions: 
 "Most of the system can convey the 50-year post FDD flows."
"The WWTP plant can handle the flow"
"There is no longer a significant risk of basement backups in the target areas"
"We should not continue the FDD in the target areas"
We should rethink (ie, maybe continue it with improvements) the DOMP for Growth"
"We should not continue the FDD 'as is" in other areas of the city".

Perhaps I'm missing something, but I did not see any of this in the above Draft.
