Charlie, it would be greatly appreciated if you could help out on the following matter. I was late and attended the March meeting at around 7:45. I sat in the back row of the horseshoe CAC arrangement. Frank Burdick and Councilperson Eaton sat in the first audience row. I had to listen to Frank Burdick’s constant comments to Councilman Eaton and Eaton’s responses to Frank during Marat’s presentation. It was most distracting and annoying. This went on for a while until Peter stood up and asked them to quiet down. They were somewhat quieter after that. Would you ask the audience to sit farther back if they need to confer? Frank
Thanks for providing this feedback about distractions during the March 20 CAC meeting. Three other CAC members also provided similar feedback. We discussed this issue at length in our project management meeting last Friday and will be addressing it directly at the beginning of next week's meeting. To close, I apologize for not acting more directly in my role as facilitator during the March meeting. I saw the disruptive behavior; but I didn't hear it. My hearing is going South on me.

I'm taking a second look at the three maps that were distributed at the Mar 20 meeting. What does PSR (the R in the orange circle) stand for?

PSR stands for Peak Stage Recorder. This is a mechanical cork device that records the highest water elevation experienced in a manhole during a storm event. This level is read on-site soon after the storm and reset. This helps to confirm the meter readings and determine the level of surcharging in a pipe during the storm.
