Please find attached a revised agenda for this Thursday's meeting. Note that based on CAC member feedback, the Values discussion has been moved behind the Technical discussion.

I would just like to say that I believe we need more open debate/discussion amongst the CAC members at these meetings. Rather than having small group breakouts--why not have a discussion among the entire group? The reason I say this is we tend to sit near people we agree with and/or know. So in the small group sessions, we are not hearing different/opposing points of view. Then when we share our ideas after the breakout session, they are presented as comments and don't seem open to discussion. This is my perception.
I welcome other's opinions on this. Thanks.

I agree. If we need a few minutes to gather our thoughts individually, ok, but I have not found the time in these breakouts productive at developing comments or questions on the presentations.

I agree with Judy’s suggestion of “more open debate/discussion amongst the CAC members” at our meetings.
Again, I would trim the Community Involvement discussion so that there
could be more whole-CAC-group discussion.
