Please see attached for a draft of the Flow Evaluation Report. This is a long, technical document. I have included bookmarks in the pdf that should make it a bit easier to navigate. The most important information has already been presented at several CAC meetings. Please feel free to read it over and provide us with any questions or comments. After your review, the final version will be posted on the city's website.
