Agenda for July 9 CAC Meeting - City Council Chambers (2nd Floor)

Please find attached an agenda for next Wednesday's  CAC meeting - to be held at the City Council Chambers in City Hall from 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm.

Some additional information for next week's meeting.  While the Council Chambers aren't an ideal location for our meeting, we had trouble locating another suitable public venue that was available (with the schools closed for the summer, that becomes challenging).

The Council Chambers are on the second floor the Larcom City Hall building (the old building, not the new one) at Fifth & Huron.  After 6:00 p.m., street parking is free - you can usually find spots along Ann Street or Fifth. If not, there are parking structures available at Fifth & Liberty or Ann & Ashley.

Which side of the building do we enter--- Is there a certain door that is open for late night meetings?  Thanks

I think either side of the building (Ann Street or Huron) should be open, and the elevators should allow you to access the second floor.  We will test it out to make sure, and if necessary have someone stationed in the atrium on the first floor to assist.
