Sharing with the CAC the meeting summary of the Technical Oversight and Advisory Group (TOAG) meeting on July 17, 2014.  There are several items noted in the summary that are relevant to the SSWWE project and the CAC, and we suggest that you review the attached meeting summary.

Note that in the meeting summary, the TOAG requests additional background information from the project team on the hydraulic analysis and the scenarios evaluated. We are currently preparing a packet for the TOAG, and they will be reviewing it and commenting on the technical merits of the analysis at their meeting on September 18.  This review and subsequent comments by the TOAG should provide the CAC with additional input and vetting of the technical materials produced for this project.  We will be sure to share with you the results of this TOAG review, after their Sept 18 meeting.
