Please find attached a draft summary report of the FDD Mitigation Subcommittee output.  These documents were presented in draft format to the FDD Mitigation Subcommittee on August 25.  This version includes subcommittee comments and polling results for the five different recommendations that have emerged from the subcommittee's efforts.

Many thanks to the subcommittee members for sacrificing even more time to this process!

Please note that this package  also includes my take on the community values that are implicit in these recommendations.  As we are going to discuss community values at our 9/10 CAC meeting, I thought it would be helpful to have some language to start with.  I definitely expect you to modify this language.

Also, please note that the City Staff will be using these documents to craft more detailed responses regarding the recommendations.
