Folks,

Attached please find the next version of the executive summary outline for the project. This version reflects the changes discussed with the CAC at the last meeting and some updates made by the project team since the last meeting.  The document is starting to morph from an outline to a full-fledged executive summary, as the document is getting revised and updated.  That's good. We are on track to finish it and present it as the Executive Summary from this work in the next couple of months, on the planned schedule. 

I have also attached for your reference the six (6) action plans for the identified problem areas from the SSWWE project study. These also reflect the comments made at the last CAC meeting.

As was indicated on Charlie's agenda for the 9-10-14 CAC meeting posted on Wednesday, we will be looking for you to review and decide on the SSWWE portion of the study (Section A of the attached Executive Summary), and we will be reviewing and discussing the FDD Survey Mitigation Recommendations (Section B of the attached executive summary).  Please review these documents before the CAC meeting and be prepared to discuss them.
