Q.2.63 How many times has the City compensated a homeowner for stormwater

damage from the sump after a mandated FDD?

A. We are checking with insurance board on this.

Q. 2.64 How many times has the City fixed the problem of a FDD causing stormwater

flooding from the sump, or compensated the homeowner for these sump pump or other repairs?

A. The City is researching this topic with the contractor, CDM Smith.
