Folks,

Attached is the fourth and final technical report volume on the Hydraulic Modeling. The report documents and memorializes the work on the hydraulic modeling that was presented by Murat and the basis for the development of the six action plans that are recommended as part of the SSWWE project. All of the information in this report has been previously shared with the CAC, and the report documents it all on one place. This report represents the last technical delivery item on the project.

The Executive Summary that we have been working on collaboratively with the CAC for the last several months will be incorporated into a larger report that documents all of the public engagement items, including the meeting notes for the CAC meetings and public meetings, the FDD survey results and investigation reports, the informational materials prepares for the project, etc.  The Public Engagement report represents an assembly of previously prepared materials, and will be ready after the project concludes in December or January.  I have attached an outline for the Public Engagement Report for your information.

We also anticipate that the Executive Summary report will be formatted as a stand-alone document for presentation to City Council.
