Folks,

Attached is the updated Executive Summary Report based on the comments received to date and the discussion at the CAC meeting last week.  This is the version that we plan to distribute tomorrow night at the public meeting.

As we discussed, we are holding "section D" open for CAC comments through the first week of December.  Please feel free to send us your comments for that section and we will include them.

We are working on the shorter, 1-page summary and expect that it will be ready sometime after the public meeting.  You will get a preview of the summary in the presentation tomorrow night if you attend.  We will make the Powerpoint available for the meeting tomorrow night after the meeting.
